With a background in feature writing, production, photography and editorial and lay outing work, Ceia Ylagan takes charge of UBE MEDIA's print and publication projects.

Ceia is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, with an undergraduate degree in AB Interdisciplinary Studies, and is currently finishing her Masters Degree in Communications in the same university. She has done corporate AVPs and continues to contribute to various publications about a myriad of topics and subject matters.
